Clinic Etiquettes
We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This allows you to comfortably complete any necessary paperwork without cutting into your treatment time. Arriving late will reduce the duration of your session, as we ensure each treatment ends on time to accommodate our next guest without delay. Rest assured, the full value of your treatment will be honored. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without providing this notice, there will be a $50 charge for individual service appointments. For those with series treatments, the missed appointment will count as one of the sessions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding."

All services or packages purchased are eligible for a refund within 30 days of initial purchase date, if the service has not yet commenced. Packages purchased through Specials/Promotions are not eligible for a refund.
